Welcome to UNAZ.pk. By accessing and using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• “Unaz.pk” – refers to our online shopping mart, operated by [Company Name, e.g., UNAZ Online Shopping (Pvt) Ltd.], registered in Pakistan.
• “Customer/You/Your” – refers to any person browsing, registering, or purchasing products from Unaz.pk.

• “Digital Products” – includes software, e-books, gift cards, codes, subscriptions, and other electronically delivered items.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
• If under 18, you may use the site only with the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• By using Unaz.pk, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to place orders.
• Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Unaz.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse services, provide false details, or violate these terms.

4. Products & Pricing

• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, images, and availability.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where required.
• In case of pricing or stock errors, Unaz.pk reserves the right to cancel or amend orders after notifying the customer.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed (or for COD, once confirmed by our team).
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • JazzCash & Easypaisa
  • Bank Transfers
• COD may be limited for high-value orders at Unaz.pk’s discretion.
• Orders may be cancelled by Unaz.pk in cases of fraud suspicion, non-availability of stock, or incorrect pricing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary by location (generally 2–7 working days for most areas).
• Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Unaz.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Electronics: Returnable within 7 days (unused/unopened) or if faulty.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once downloaded/activated, unless defective.
• Groceries/Perishables: Non-returnable except if expired, damaged, or incorrect (report within 24 hours).
• Clothing/Accessories: Returnable within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after product inspection.

8. Digital Products – Special Terms

• No returns once the product is accessed/downloaded.
• By purchasing digital content, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal/cancellation after access is granted.
• Misuse of digital downloads (e.g., sharing, duplication, reselling) is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using Unaz.pk, you agree NOT to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment details.
• Interfere with site security or attempt hacking.
• Resell purchased products without authorization.
• Post offensive, harmful, or fraudulent content.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on Unaz.pk (logos, designs, text, product images, trademarks, software) is the property of Unaz.pk or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Unaz.pk provides products and services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or product suitability beyond what is legally required.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unaz.pk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).

12. Consumer Protection

• Our policies comply with Consumer Protection Acts applicable in Pakistan (Punjab, Sindh, KP, Baluchistan, Islamabad).
• Customers retain all rights under these laws, including the right to file complaints with the relevant Consumer Courts.

13. Privacy Policy

• Your data will be collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required for fulfilling orders or legal obligations.

14. Termination

• Unaz.pk may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraud/misuse.
• You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

15. Changes to Terms

• Unaz.pk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
• Continued use of the site means acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• In case of disputes, jurisdiction lies with the Consumer Court or relevant civil courts in Pakistan.
