Unaz.pk Return & Refund Policy
At Unaz.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect your rights under Pakistani Consumer Protection laws while ensuring smooth and transparent processes.
1. General Guidelines
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Under Consumer Protection laws, customers are entitled to refunds or replacements in cases of defective, substandard, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or COD refund via bank transfer).
Refund timeline: 7–14 working days after product inspection and approval.
2. Electronics
Eligibility: Return within 7 days if product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Defects & Malfunctions:
If the product is faulty or stops working within 7 days, a replacement/refund is provided.
After 7 days, warranty claims (if applicable) will be handled directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
Accessories, chargers, batteries, headphones are non-returnable if packaging is opened, except in case of defects.
Return Costs:
Customer bears courier charges for returns (unless the product is faulty/damaged on delivery).
Faulty product returns are free of charge.
3. Digital Products (E-books, Software, Subscriptions, Gift Cards)
No returns/refunds once the product is downloaded, accessed, or activated.
If the digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, non-working license key), customers may request a replacement within 48 hours of purchase.
Clear disclosure: “By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that returns are not accepted once delivered/activated.”
4. Groceries & Perishable Items
Non-returnable due to health & safety.
Returns/replacements only allowed if:
Items are expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with proof (photo/video).
Resolution: Replacement with correct/fresh items or refund to wallet/account.
5. Clothing, Fashion, Accessories & Other Goods
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items: Undergarments, socks, personal hygiene items, cosmetics, and clearance-sale products.
Shipping Costs:
Customer pays for “change of mind” returns.
If defective/wrong product delivered, return shipping is free.
Refund Options:
Cash refund, store credit, or exchange.
6. Process to Initiate a Return

Provide order number, product details, reason, and photos/video (if applicable).
Pack the item securely in original packaging.
Ship to:
Unaz.pk Returns Department
We will provide address for your returns according to the local warehouse.
7. Refund & Exchange Timelines
Refunds: 7–14 working days after returned product inspection.
Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 3–5 working days of approval.
Refund Methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Unaz.pk Wallet.
8. Important Notes
Products returned without approval will not be accepted.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are not eligible for return, unless defective.
Any misuse, damage, or tampering after delivery makes the product ineligible for return.
Disputes will be resolved under applicable Provincial Consumer Protection laws of Pakistan.
